Incorporate your family traditions with the angel.  If you light the advent wreath everyday, let the angel bring the wreath to start.  Maybe you have a birthday in your family during Advent, let the angel say Happy Birthday, or bring a card.  Do you have a certain day you bake treats, let the angel have the ingredients ready.  Incorporate your angel within traditions you already do, and add the message that through all of our traditions, the reason we are preparing is for the arrival of our savior, Jesus!
